With the widespread use of technologies such as 5G Internet of things big data and cloud computing,the urban information network is becoming more and more complex,and the information exchange and sharing between the government,enterprises and the society are becoming more and more frequent.The information security risks and hidden dangers faced by smart cities are becoming increasingly severe.In the smart city,a large number of data resources are contained in the system,and any risks and loopholes may bring about information security crisis,and also cause serious social and economic impacts.Therefore,it is crucial to strengthen information security supervision.From a macro perspective,information security supervision of smart city is to innovate the urban information security governance model,deal with various information security emergencies,and ensure the good situation of smart city.From the micro perspective,it can protect the legitimate rights and interests of urban residents and prevent important data and residents' privacy from being stolen and used by criminals.Although the development of smart cities faces information security challenges in terms of products,networks,systems and related personnel,these problems and hidden dangers can be effectively prevented through scientific and reasonable supervision and control.As an important starting point and bottom line of information security in smart cities,information security supervision needs to establish a set of practical,feasible and effective supervision mechanism to identify,perceive and analyze information security risks,strictly supervise the information network participants of each smart city system,and ensure their information network security.Based on the research background of information security supervision in smart city,this paper expounds the purpose and significance of information security supervision research,sorts out relevant domestic and foreign literature on information security supervision,and analyzes the shortcomings and deficiencies of existing research results.From the aspects of subject,scope,object and content,this paper constructs the theoretical framework of smart city information security supervision,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of smart city information security supervision.This paper expounds the relevant concepts of game theory and evolutionary game theory,analyzes the applicability of evolutionary game to the information security supervision of smart city,establishes the basic hypothesis,constructs the information security supervision model of smart city,and analyzes the evolutionary stability of the behavior strategies of both sides in the model.According to the key influencing factors involved in information security supervision,parameter values are set.Through MATLAB simulation analysis,the paper discusses how parameter value changes affect the behavior strategy selection of smart city operators and information security supervision departments.Finally,according to the simulation results,the main factors affecting the information security supervision of smart city,and the results of the evolution of the behavioral strategies of information security supervision organizations and smart city operators,the countermeasures and Suggestions for improving the information security supervision of smart city are discussed.
