Research And Application On Geographic Data Mapping Based On Integrated Design

In recent decades the mapping process has undergone a revolution from traditional machine-assisted mapping to digital mapping.Digital mapping technology is not only applied to map drawing,but also puts forward certain requirements for spatial data production.Early spatial data and cartographic data were stored separately,and there were problems of repeated production and data redundancy.During the "12th Five-Year Plan" period,the new type of drawing method was explored,and the integrated model of database and cartography was proposed.The model is the organic combination of building and drawing,but this model will also have data redundancy,linkage update is not timely and so on.In the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,in order to adapt to the development of the new basic surveying and mapping system and meet the needs of economic and social development for the current situation of surveying and mapping achievements,it is imperative to study a rapid automated mapping system based on 1:10000 basic geographic data.This paper first studies the geographic data mapping theory and the integrated model of database and cartography technology.On this basis,we design an integrated data relation model that takes into account the relationship between symbols and guarantees the independence of basic geographic data.The automatic mapping system is designed and realized.The basic geographic data of the new basic surveying and mapping in Shandong Province was applied.The details are as follows: The details are as follows:(1)Basic research on geographic data cartography theory.The first is to study map symbols and basic geographic data,and to realize the principle of geographic data mapping through the study of map symbols and the characteristics of basic geographic data.The second is to study the integrated model of database and cartography technology,study the significance of implementing the model,analyze the driving mode of geographic data to map symbols,and analyze the typical integration data relationship model.(2)Research on geographic data mapping technology.An integrated data relation model that takes into account the relationship between symbols and guarantees the independence of basic geographic data is designed.Based on the model design,the symbol system,map symbol relationship processing method and annotation problem of support model are studied.(3)Research on automated mapping software.Analyze the functions and business requirements of automated mapping software.According to the research of geographic data mapping technology,the overall design of automated drawing software,and the development of automated mapping software.(4)Automated mapping software application test.Application experiments were carried out using the latest “1:10000 New Basic Surveying and Mapping of Shandong Province” basic geographic information data.
