During the operation of the deep-sea mining system,the safe and stable operation of the mining machine in the complex environment of the seabed is the key to the successful operation of the entire mining system.This paper takes the mining machine offshore engineering test project as the research background,takes the mining operation process of the mining machine as the research object,adopts the multi-rigid discrete element theory and method to establish the three series connection of the mining machine-metal armored composite cable-sea mining ship In the integrated calculation model,the mining system is designed with composite cable configuration and system linkage operation simulation analysis,which verifies the feasibility of the seabed operation of the mining machine,and provides a reference for the design and sea trial of the deep sea mining system.The main work of the paper is as follows:Based on the spatial beam theory,the connection stiffness between the multi-rigid body discrete element models is derived;the Morrison formula is used to calculate the horizontal hydraulic force of the metal armored composite cable in seawater;the multi-rigid body discrete element theory is used to establish a virtual deep-sea mining system Prototype simulation model.Taking the horizontal distance between the mining machine and the sea mining ship,the arrangement of the buoyant body and the size of the arrangement as consideration factors,the configuration design of the 1,000-meter sea-deep composite cable mining system was carried out,and a relatively ideal single-arch configuration was obtained.The horizontal turning back operation path of the seabed mining machine is planned,and the spatial shape and dynamic behavior of the mining system when the mining machine is operating under three working conditions are studied.The simulation results show that: under a given collection width,gap and speed,the larger the collection width,the greater the force on the mining machine,mining ship,and the metal armored composite cable,and the more unstable the system operation.Three different collection gaps The overall force of the mining ship is not much different,but the larger the mining gap,the closer the composite cable is to the mining ship in one operation cycle,the smaller the height of the composite cable arch from the seabed,and the more unfavorable the configuration of the mining machine for seabed avoidance.operation.The greater the collection speed,the higher the efficiency of the mining system,but the more obvious the sudden changes and fluctuations in the force of the mining machine at the inflection point of the driving path,the more unfavorable the mining system.
