China is rich in marine resources and has great development potential.With the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country by sea in recent years,the infrastructure construction of China's marine structure is increasing.As a new type of marine hydraulic structure,floating tank structure is widely used in large-scale oil production platform,photovoltaic power station on water,enclosure of aquatic ranch,Floating Wharf,floating trestle and other projects.However,due to the marine work With the deterioration of environment,the corrosion resistance of the existing pontoon structure is seriously reduced,the service life is shortened,and the maintenance cost is increased,which can not meet the long-term use requirements of the pontoon structure.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to prepare a new type of high-performance and corrosion-resistant structural material to develop the pontoon.Bamboo resources are important renewable resources in China.However,due to the small diameter of raw bamboo materials,thin and hollow walls and uneven fibers,their mechanical properties have great variability,which can not meet the requirements of modern engineering structures for component size and physical and mechanical properties of materials.Modern industrial bamboo improves the strength and mechanical properties of bamboo through the processing of raw bamboo,but Due to the poor corrosion resistance in the natural environment,the popularization and application of industrial bamboo in engineering structure is seriously restricted.Fiber reinforced composite sandwich structure is widely used in aerospace,civil engineering and marine engineering due to its light weight,high strength,designability and strong corrosion resistance.Therefore,a new type of BFRP bamboo sandwich board material is prepared by using basalt fiber reinforced plastic and industrial bamboo with light weight,high strength,fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance by molding process It can only significantly improve the service life of the floating box,but also provide an effective way to solve the problem of the popularization and application of industrial bamboo in the engineering structure.In this paper,the performance of BFRP-bamboo sandwich panel is studied from the aspects of performance test,theoretical analysis and simulation.In addition,a multifunctional floating box is designed by using the prepared new sandwich panel.In order to improve the basic performance of the floating box,it is intended to improve the service life of the floating box.The specific research work and results are as follows:1.Carried out the basic mechanical properties test of the flexural,tensile,compressive and shear resistance of the recombinant bamboo and the glued bamboo.The failure mode and mechanism of bamboo materials were analyzed,and the basic mechanical properties of recombinant bamboo and glued bamboo were obtained.The results showed that the basic mechanical properties of recombinant bamboo were better than glued bamboo,which provided data for subsequent research.2.Developed a new type of BFRP-bamboo sandwich panel,and carried out its basic mechanical performance tests on bending,tensile,compression,and shear.The basic mechanical properties of the material were obtained.The improvement degree of BFRP on industrial bamboo was compared and analyzed.The basic mechanical properties of BFRP bamboo and BFRP glued bamboo increased by about 21% and 29% on average.3.Based on the theories of sandwich beams and sandwich panels,the flexural stiffness,mid-span deflection and compressive buckling critical loads of the new BFRP-bamboo sandwich panels are theoretically analyzed.The board theory can effectively predict the basic mechanical properties of the new BFRP-sandwich board.And through the ABAQUS finite element software,the basic mechanical properties of the sandwich panel were simulated.4.The artificial accelerated aging test of new type BFRP bamboo sandwich panel in seawater corrosion environment,temperature 50 ° C and 1000 hours was carried out,and the aging mechanism of new type BFRP bamboo sandwich panel was analyzed.The basic mechanical properties of the aged sandwich panel were tested,and the basic mechanical properties parameters were obtained.The results showed that the degradation degree of BFRP bamboo was greater than that of BFRP bamboo.5.Using the new BFRP-bamboo sandwich board and plastic foam as raw materials,prepare a new type of multi-purpose high-durability floating box,test its basic compressive performance,get the ultimate compressive bearing capacity and failure mode,and pass water tests and theories.After analysis,the basic buoyancy and stability of the floating tank are obtained.
