At present,urban water ecology in China faces two extremes.First,urban waterlogging is serious and disasters occur frequently.Urban security and development hide the hidden dangers of flood disasters.Second,the supply of water resources is increasingly tight,the city is seriously short of water.In order to solve the contradiction between the shortage of urban water resources and the waste of stormwater resources,it is an inevitable choice to strengthen and play the function of regulating and storing urban green space ecosystem.In this paper,based on the urban green space system construction and realistic problems in the rain flood resources utilization,through the historical research results and data analysis and field investigation,to Guilin rain flood resources in time and space structure characteristics and main urban green space system construction and coupling relations are studied,the results showed that:(1)precipitation distribution in Guilin from north to the southeast gradually decreasing trend,spring and summer for various types of heavy rains caused flooding and fold,frequent.(2)the main city of Guilin has abundant stormwater resources and numerous gardens and green Spaces,which provide the technical and economic conditions for the development and utilization of stormwater resources.The spatial distribution of the green space system in the main urban area of Guilin is subject to the spatial characteristics of the urban environment.It is mainly reflected in setting up the framework of the main body of urban ecology,providing suitable conditions for the development of urban tourism and creating a comfortable environment for urban residents.(4)there is a certain coupling relationship between the construction of green space system in the main urban area of Guilin and the spatial distribution of stormwater resources,among which the park green space and protection green space in the urban green space system have the highest coupling degree with the distribution of stormwater resources,followed by other green space,attached green space has a poor coupling degree,and the production green space has the worst coupling degree.In particular,the distribution characteristics of stormwater resources have been taken into full consideration in the construction of the park green space and protective green space with water ecosystem as the main body.There are still many problems in the utilization of stormwater resources by the green space system construction in the main urban area of Guilin.Based on the perspective of effective utilization of stormwaterresources,the first is to strengthen the research on the future spatial and temporal pattern of stormwater in the main urban area;Second,we should adjust and optimize the spatial pattern and organizational structure of the green space system based on the distribution law of storm water resources,build a composite green space system,and set up a green space system network for the regulation and storage of ecological storm water.Third,we should guide stormwater runoff to meet the demand for water for construction of green space system,strengthen the fine management of green space system to make full use of stormwater resources,and formulate and improve policies and measures to encourage the use of stormwater resources.Stormwater resource utilization and urban green space system are two complex and extensive fields,and the stormwater process is a very complex dynamic system.In the future,it is necessary to combine interdisciplinary and multi-theoretical cross-research to explore the goal of effective utilization of stormwater resources for the benefit of the society.
