With the progress of basic science and the application of new technology,particle detection technology as one of the basic means to study particles has been developed vigorously.With the development of science and technology,nuclear technology,particle physics and modern electronics,particle detectors are constantly changing and developing.Silicon Photomultiplier(SiPM)is one of the most widely used semiconductor detectors in high-energy physics and nuclear physics.Due to the limitation of manufacturing technology,silicon photomultiplier tubes have individual differences.In the large-scale application of silicon photomultiplier,it is necessary to test each silicon photomultiplier.Qualified silicon photomultiplier tubes are used to construct large area detector arrays.At present,the equipment used to test SiPM in China is mainly for single test,and its system structure is complex and the test efficiency is low.This difficulty restricts the large-scale application of silicon photomultiplier.In this paper,a batch test system of SiPM based on full waveform sampling method is built.New power supply and light source systems are applied.The feasibility of the test system is proved by performance evaluation.In order to test the process of intelligence and automation,the slow control program was redeveloped using Lab VIEW.Based on PMT quality control database,a new database system is developed to store test data and parameter configuration files.The data available through the front end of the database can be accessed through the Web or App for simple data processing.Finally,the 8 channels SIPM batch test proves that the SIPM batch test system can be used to calibrate the performance of SIPM.
