Zhoushan follows the rapid development of national planning,but the increasing engineering development and management process will bring potential oil spill risks to the surrounding coastal areas.If there is an oil spill accident,it will have a great adverse impact on the coastal ecological environment,marine scenic spots and aquaculture.The reclamation of Zhoushan area causes the change of coastal topography and coastline,which will inevitably affect the regional hydrodynamic conditions.In this case,the rule of oil spill and diffusion in the coastal area will also change.With the increase of wharf,the risk of oil spill in Zhoushan coastal area increases.The process of spilled oil diffusion is very complex.The result of spilled oil is not only related to the weather conditions such as rising and falling tide time and wind condition,but also the physical and chemical properties of the oil.Therefore,it is very necessary to simulate the oil spill risk in the dense area of offshore engineering.The study of oil film drift mode and space-time distribution after oil spill can improve the timeliness and accuracy of emergency decision-making when the risk occurs,so as to reduce the oil spill hazard.First of all,the paper analyzes the characteristics of Zhoushan hydrological environment and the changes of Zhoushan coastline,and obtains the changes of topography and geomorphology under the influence of reclamation in recent years.Secondly,the paper collects the coastline and water depth data of Zhoushan sea area,establishes the two-dimensional hydrodynamic model of Zhoushan sea area,and calibrates the numerical model,and verifies the hydrodynamic situation of the research area.The verification results show that the model parameters are reasonable,and the model can better simulate Zhoushan sea area.Thirdly,based on the verified simulation,the oil spill simulation of Zhoushan sea area under the condition of beach reclamation is carried out.In this round,two oil spill points are selected respectively,and the oil spill accidents under different working conditions before and after the construction of reclamation project are simulated to obtain the distribution area,oil film drift distance and oil film thickness distribution in different time.The simulation results show that reclamation has little effect on hydrodynamic.Finally,through the analysis of the oil spill accident in Zhoushan sea area,further analysis of Zhoushan sea area in the implementation of the historical reclamation project,the scope of the oil spill accident and the impact on the surrounding water environment and sensitive area targets,that the reclamation changes have less impact on the surrounding sensitive area.
