Due to the rapid development of tourism industry,the negative effects of tourism activities on plant species diversity have attracted the attention of scholars.In this paper,six sample areas are set up in jinbianxi,which has a uniform distribution of altitude gradient and topography in Wulingyuan world natural heritage sites.Tourism activities directly interfere with plant species diversity in Wulingyuan world natural heritage sites and influence soil physicochemical properties indirectly interfere with plant species diversity through plant investigation,classification and statistics,soil sample determination and SPSS software analysis.The conclusions are as follows:(1)In terms of species composition,a total of 54 families,85 genera and 103 species of plants were found in six sample regions,including nettle(Urticaceae),Umbelliferae(Apiaceae Lindl),lily(Liliaceae),grasses(Gramineae),Impatiens(Balsaminaceae),camphor(Lauraceae),magnolia(Magnoliaceae)as the main species of dominant species,and the rest were single and oligophyte(1-3 species).Of these,there are 24 single families,accounting for the total 52.17 per cent of the families of Oligoecology were 42,or 77 per cent of the total.There were 10 families,14 families m 27 species,19 families,28 genera and 34 species,and 12 families,28 genera and 30 species in the control group with 10 m distance.At the same level,with the increase of vertical raceway distance,the disturbance decreased and the number of plants increased continuously.(2)From the analysis of species diversity index,the Margalef species richness index,Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielon evenness index increase with the increase of vertical race distance,and the four indexes show that the farther away the raceway,the less interference,the more species richness,diversity,evenness increase,and the less dominant species;the results of different raceway grades are different from the same distance: the and then decreases,Shannon-Wiener.diversity index also increased first and then decreased,Pielon the variation of uniformity index was not obvious,and the Simpson dominance index decreased first and then increased.the four indexes indicated that plant species diversity increased first and then decreased with the increase of disturbance intensity,and moderate disturbance increased plant species diversity to some extent.(3)From the point of view of soil physical and chemical properties,the soil water content(W)increases,bulk density(G)decreases and the C?N content increases with the increase of vertical track distance.Under the same vertical track distance,the soil bulk density and p H value decrease first and then increase,and the soil water content and C?N content increase first and then decrease.(4)The physical and chemical properties of soil directly affected by plant diversity index are soil water content and C?N content(both can be fitted to binomial with diversity index,P>0.5,significant correlation).The above conclusions have practical significance for the protection and utilization of plant resources,tourist management and sustainable development of tourism in Wulingyuan World Natural Heritage site and mountain-type tourist attractions.
