The study takes respiratory diseases and regional geographical environment factors as the research object, and selects cities around China and Jingyuan county of Ningxia as the research area.On the national scale, tuberculosis is selected as the representative type of respiratory diseases. On the county scale, children's respiratory diseases in Jingyuan County of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region are selected as the representative type.Based on 3S technology, this study analyzes the spatial and temporal distribution pattern of respiratory diseases in different regional scales, and studies the response of respiratory diseases in different scales to geographical environment factors in time and space by using correlation analysis and geographical detector. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Studies on respiratory diseases of different scales show that respiratory diseases have obvious seasonal characteristics in terms of time. The high incidence seasons of respiratory diseases are spring and winter, and the incidence risk of respiratory diseases is relatively low in summer and autumn. The highest incidence of different types of respiratory diseases varies from month to month in different regions.(2)Respiratory diseases of different scales all show obvious spatial differences, and it is found that respiratory diseases exhibit aggregation characteristics in space on the national scale.(3)At the national scale, there is a significant negative correlation between respiratory diseases and time series of temperature;at the county scale, there is a strong negative correlation between respiratory diseases and time series of temperature and precipitation. The lag effect days of temperature on respiratory diseases in Jingyuan County are 3 days. When the temperature is between 3? and 15?,the response of respiratory diseases to temperature is more intense. When the temperature is over 15?,the effect of temperature tends to be gentle. When the temperature is less than 20?,for every 1?increase in the temperature of the day,the risk of human disease will be reduced by 2.2%.The longer the lag days, the lower the risk of human disease.(4)In terms of space, temperature, humidity and air pollutants PM2.5,PM10,CO,O3,NO2 and SO2 are the main geographical environment factors affecting the spatial and temporal distribution of respiratory diseases in the national scale meteorological factors, while wind speed, air pressure, population density and GDP per capita in the social and economic factors are not significant. At county level, wind speed, population density,GDP per capita and other factors are the influencing factors of respiratory diseases.(5)Data accuracy and scale effect will reduce or mask the relationship between geographical factors and respiratory diseases.
