Laser carving belongs to the more precise processing and manufacturing industries.In recent years,China has also gradually attached importance to the importance of laser processing.With the development and improvement of laser engraving technology,the market of laser engraving equipment in China has gradually expanded in scale,some of the domestic laser processing equipment on the enterprise products also have a good performance.Compared with the traditional machining,laser engraving has the characteristics of flexible and diverse,non-contact machining and small deformation of workpiece,so it is very important for the development and application of laser engraving equipment hardware and software system.This topic research is based on the Stm32single-chip microcomputer laser engraving machine control system some related research,the following is the general thought process of this article topic:First,for the subject based on STM32 laser engraving machine control system overall scheme determination,determined the control system framework for the combination of the host computer and the slave computer,namely the host computer PC and the slave computer STM32 single-chip microcomputer.After the frame is determined,the software and hardware of the control system are designed,including the hardware part,the platform of laser engraving machine and the electrical part,and the software part using Qt to develop C + + man-machine interface for man-machine interaction.The decoding module of CNC is developed.The decoding module is a pre-processing of the engraving action in CNC system at the time of engraving,and a functional division of the engraving instructions,will be carved programming language into a recognized read machine language,the final completion of information conversion and timely transfer of functions.In this module,we use the regular expression to do some research on the decoding part of the laser engraving control.For the implementation part of the system,this topic uses Stm32 single-chip microcomputer to carry on the control system interpolation process research,through the polynomial difference computation to the interpolation process further optimization development,ensure the difference compensation accuracy of the curve with complex contour.The study of the stepper motor acceleration and deceleration module of the engraving machine,it is extremely important to do well the motor speed control,which is related to the system reading instructions when carving different paths,stepper motor needs to stop start or accelerate according to relevant instructions,otherwise it will not only affect the quality of laser engraving pattern,but also may damage the motor to some extent.The S type acceleration and deceleration control is adopted in this project,which can effectively reduce or reduce the impact or vibration when the engraving machine starts to stop or ends,so that the motor can run smoothly and ensure the stability of the engraving process.Experimental platform construction and processing experiment.Install and conn ect the completed laser engraving machine,low-voltage electrical control circuit,PC,etc.Then open the developed man-machine interface,obtain the communicatio n between the upper and lower computer,and engrave the simple picture.
