| Traditional industrial-grade laser engraving machines are large in volume,low in processing efficiency,and high in use thresholds.These limitations limit the use of laser engraving machines and the popularity of laser technology.With the development of science and technology,it is of great significance to develop a compact,integrated,high-speed and easy-to-use consumer laser engraving machine.By analyzing the industrial-grade smallformat CO2 laser engraving machine,the shortcomings of the existing industrial-grade small laser engraving machine are summarized: low speed,large stroke,low degree of automation and large volume.Aiming at the shortage of industrial-grade laser engraving machine,this paper proposes a design scheme of high-speed small-stroke laser engraving machine based on mobile Internet,focusing on the tasks of small integrated laser engraving machine,high-speed small-stroke acceleration and deceleration algorithm algorithm and laser engraving image processing algorithm.Based on the traditional industrial laser engraving machine,a small high-speed laser engraving machine structure design scheme is proposed,which integrates the optical system,motion system,electrical system,cooling system and filtration system,and adds a fully automatic loading and unloading machine.Device.Using the laser engraving control system hardware scheme with DSP + FPGA as the core,the path planning algorithm and the position control algorithm are processed separately in the lower computer software to improve the operation and control speed.In view of the fact that the traditional acceleration and deceleration control algorithm has discontinuous speed or acceleration,which is easy to cause equipment jitter and flexible shock,which leads to the decline of engraving accuracy and mechanical damage,combined with the characteristic that the sine and cosine function can be derived infinitely,the trigonometric function is used to construct high speed Small stroke acceleration and deceleration algorithm,MATLAB simulation of the algorithm,and design experiments to analyze the time-consuming and displacement of the system speed acceleration from 0 to 1200mm/ s,and compare different acceleration and deceleration algorithms.Aiming at the problem that the image processed by the traditional control system-based laser engraving binarization algorithm does not have prominent subjects or serious loss of details,an image processing algorithm based on HAAR wavelet transform and improved grayscale synthesis is proposed.The noise algorithm and the grayscale synthesis algorithm obtain the sketched image.Experiments show that the algorithm can not only retain the image details,but also generate images with a true sketch art style.For the generation and transmission of order data,an order management system based on B / S structure is designed,and the system is studied from the mobile client layer,server layer,and device monitoring control layer.Select SQL Server database as the database system,for unified management and operation of order data,equipment data and merchant data. |
