In Horinger county dry farming area, the introduction of excellent water-saving crop types and varieties, adopt effective dry cultivation techniques and soil fertility, soil en-zyme activity and soil bacterial diversity and richness was investigated. The correlation between soil fertility and soil enzyme activity, and between that with bacterial communi-ty was compared. The formation of a technical system for sustainable agricultural pro-duction in dry farming provides effective theoretical and technical support for solving the contradiction between agricultural production and sustainable environmental develop-ment.The test results are as follows:1.The yield of maize variety Jinongda 889 was the highest(11,447.85kg/hm2),the yield of two sample plots of millet variety Huayougu 9 was the highest(that of no.2 sam-ple plot was 6993.9 kg/hm2,and that of no.7 sample plot was 8217.7 kg/hm2),and the agronomic characters were good, which was suitable for the promotion and planting in the arid areas of Horinger county.2.In autumn, the soil organic matter content was 2.38?6.58g/kg,the soil available phosphorus content was 0.5?6.49mg/kg,the soil available potassium content was 109.13?144.42mg/kg,and the soil fertility level was generally at a medium low level, and the soil organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus were relatively deficient.3.The comparison of soil enzyme activity in different seasons showed that the cata-lase activity, soil protease activity and soil alkaline phosphatase activity were signifi-cantly higher in spring than in autumn, while the soil urease activity was significantly higher in autumn than in spring.4.The comparison between soil bacteria community diversity index and OUT in different seasons showed that the diversity and richness of soil bacteria were higher in autumn, and proteobacteria accounted for the largest proportion(31.0%?63.3%)in spring and autumn, which were the dominant bacteria in spring and autumn.5.Studies on the correlation between soil nutrients and bacterial communities have shown that increasing PH inhibits the relative abundance of soil bacteria. The relative abundance of soil bacteria was significantly increased by the increase of soil microbial biomass nitrogen, alkaline phosphatase and urease activities.
