The Liaoning Province Fuxin City in Zhanggutai sand fixing experimental forest of poplar forest,Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica,white Ding Xiang,five Jiao Feng and wasteland soil as the research object,and analyzes the stand,each in different months and different layers of soil water content,soil enzyme and microbial activity and soil nutrient characteristics were analyzed.The results show:(1)Analysising of 5 different vegetation patterns,soil moisture content was the highest in the white clove model;In the soil nutrient,the comprehensive comparison of recovery effect is good;(2)Five different vegetation patterns and poplar soil catalase activity and invertase activity higher than other four;Keeping the activity higher in soil urease activity is white clove and poplar;Comprehensive comparison,Plantation Poplar on soil enzyme activity in the improvement effect is better;In five different patterns of vegetation,soil catalase,urease and Invertase activity were higher than that of deep;(3)Total number of soil microorganism sort for Poplar > white clove > pentagonal Maple > Pinus sylvestris > wasteland;In five different patterns of vegetation,soil content of soil bacteria,fungi content,actinomycetes content were higher than those in the deep;(4)There was a linear relationship between the three enzyme activities and soil physical and chemical properties of the soil of the experimental forest farm in this area.There was a linear correlation between the number of soil microorganisms and the activity of the three enzymes;(5)The change of organic matter,nitrogen and phosphorus in the soil should be more concerned about the activity of the enzyme and the number of microorganisms.(6)In the experimental forest farm,the effect of artificial cultivation of poplar on the soil was better,and the soil was the most affected.
