"Made in China 2025" clearly proposes an all-round development strategy for a manufacturing powerhouse.Manufacturing companies should take innovation-driven development as an opportunity to increase industrial transformation and upgrade efforts to achieve high-quality development goals.However,high-quality development imposes higher requirements on the management performance of manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,automobile manufacturing enterprises must pay attention to enterprise performance evaluation,and use a scientific enterprise performance evaluation system to check the performance of business management,which is conducive to automobile manufacturing enterprises to highlight their advantages,fill in shortcomings,make full use of good development opportunities,and realize the creation of Chinese manufacturing to China.Transformation.The paper selects the research object of M company,the leading enterprise in the automobile manufacturing industry.First,analyze the current situation of M company's performance evaluation,and find that M company's performance evaluation system has problems such as incomplete evaluation indexes,unreasonable index weights,and unfair evaluation results.Secondly,according to the actual situation of the automobile manufacturing company,after repeated demonstrations,a performance evaluation system of the AHP-TOPSIS model is built,combined with the principle of balanced scorecard,to select specific evaluation indicators of enterprise performance from the four dimensions of finance,customers,and internal processes,and use The analytic hierarchy process determines the index weight according to the principle of importance.Then,the AHP-TOPSIS model performance evaluation system was applied to M company for performance evaluation,and the results of its evaluation and industry comparison were analyzed.It was found that M company's performance management had poor cash flow conditions,unbalanced capital turnover,and insufficient motivation for innovation.Finally,according to the status of M company performance evaluation,it proposes measures and suggestions to improve M company performance from both internal and external aspects.M companies must innovate management concepts,strengthen internal control,improve management systems,and increase investment in scientific research to consolidate the foundation of performance management;at the same time,it is recommended that the country improve laws and regulations,improve preferential policies,and optimize incentive mechanisms to create favorable conditions for M companies.Through the research of the paper,actively expand the diversity of the theoretical methods of enterprise performance evaluation and the expansion of the application scope,and actively explore the new enterprise performance evaluation system.The thesis research is expected to provide guidance for M company's performance evaluation,make other car manufacturing companies implement performance evaluation with empirical reference and reference significance,and promote the auto manufacturing industry to improve management and management benefits.
