Urban Landscape Analysis And Evaluation Of Hangzhou Based On 3DGIS Technology

Urban landscape is of great significance in shaping the image of the city.With the rapid development of urban construction,the urban landscape is changing with each passing day.However,there are also phenomena such as the uniformity of urban landscapes,the destruction of natural landscape patterns and historical features.The one-sided pursuit of maximizing land benefits has harmed the quality of urban public space and the image of the city,made people living in the city feel depressed and monotonous,and reduced the livability and comfort of the city.The lack of original urban planning management in urban landscape control and the limitation of technical methods also make urban landscape control lack corresponding basis and means.The development of 3DGIS technology and the innovation of three-dimensional data production methods represented by oblique photogrammetry have provided new technical methods and means for the analysis and evaluation of urban landscapes.Compared with the traditional two-dimensional GIS,3DGIS has better spatial analysis functions.At the same time,the use of more accurate and realistic three-dimensional scene data can make the analysis and evaluation results more real and objective.Hangzhou is a well-known historical and cultural city and a landscape garden city.In recent years,policy documents on the control of landscape features have been successively issued,providing a basis for the control of Hangzhou’s characteristic landscape features.Specific technical requirements are put forward from the scope and types of construction 3D landscape assessment,the basic requirements,ideas and methods of landscape assessment.This paper first introduces the spatial analysis techniques and methods used for 3D landscape analysis,and sorts out domestic and foreign landscape analysis and evaluation theories.Then combined with the overall landscape features of Hangzhou,the method of landscape analysis and evaluation was combed.Combined with the practice of three specific projects,three cases,including planning and reviewing,key regional projects,and general regional projects,are used to illustrate how to use 3DGIS to carry out landscape analysis and evaluation.Finally,the landscape analysis and evaluation are summarized and prospected.
