Research On Plant Landscape Of West Lake Baoshi Mountain In Hangzhou

Precious Stone Hill is located in the northern mountain district of West Lake, as thesurrounding mountain jungle of Hangzhou and East lake landscape architecture frame, it plays anindispensable role in improving the city’s ecological environment, keeping the city’s biodiversityand riching the plant landscape of west lake scenic area. Focusing on the deficiencies of mountainplant landscape, integrating landscape architecture and ecology, in-depth study on theclassification and statistics of plant resources, species diversity of landscape forest, plantlandscape of landscape forest community, dynamics of plant landscape of landscape forestcommunity, the thesis chose37investigating plots along the tour line of the Precious Stone Hill,mainly drew the following conclusions:(1) Plant Landscape and Ornamental Plant ResourcesPlant landscape on Previous Stone Hill is various, there are about13plant landscapevegetation community types with Sweet gum forest community as an example. The communityfragmentation is in relatively high degree and the shape is complex, mosaic and penetrationphenomenon is existing, so the structural levels are significant, the spatial structure is complex,seasonal changes are rich. In addition, the thesis analyzed the plant landscape of7classicalcommunities from plant composition, crown hierarchy, size structure distribution and otheraspects. This paper recordes241kinds of ornamental plants, belonging to87families and184genera, in which gymnosperms4section,5sorts,6ferns7families and9species,76families ofangiosperms170genuses and226species.(2) Plant community species diversityPrevious Stone Hill plant community species are manifold, in tree layer evergreen anddeciduous broad-leaved mixed forest community> coniferous and broad-leaf mixed forestcommunity>evergreen broad-leaved mixed forest community>Firmiana platanifoliacommunity>Quercus acutissima community>Pistacia chinensis community>Celtis julianaecommunity> Phoebe sheareri community>Liquidambar formosana community>Koelreuteriabipinnata community>Cinnamomum camphora community>Phyllostachys heterocycla‘Pubescens’community>Cyclobalanopsis glauca community; The diversity index ofevergreen and deciduous broad-leaved forest community is the highest, the bamboo extravagantmixed forest community and Cyclobalanopsis glauca community do not have the shrub layer, inthe herb layer species diversity of Cinnamomum camphora community is the highest. TheShannon-wiener index, Pielou index and Simpson’s index of vertical structure of differentcommunities on Precious Stone Hill present a rule: shrub layer>herb layer>tree layer, conformingto the characteristic of subtropics forestry community.(3) Plant landscape dynamicThe overall diameter level distribution of Previous Stone Hill landscape forest communityassumes “L” shape, belongs to the growth population, but11of the13landscape forest types arein the recession phase, accounted for more than84.6%, of which5early decayed,2medium-termdecayed,4late decayed, and the other2growing community. Liquidambar formosana community,Quercus acutissima community, Cinnamomum camphora community are developing from pureforest landscape to evergreen and deciduous broadleaved mixed forest and deciduous forestlandscape. Phyllostachys heterocycla‘Pubescens’community is developing from Bamboo andbroad-leaved mixed forest landscape to bamboo pure forest landscape, the forest form of Pistaciachinensis community, evergreen and coniferous and broad-leaf mixed forest community, Celtisjulianae community, Cyclobalanopsis glauca community, Firmiana platanifolia community isunchanged, but will success to big trees landscape.
