Remanufacturing is a recycling process that maximizes the utilization of waste resources and can restore the used products into "as good as new ones".In the aspect of saving resources and protecting the ecological environment,the remanufacturing project has a remarkable effect.The optimization of the remanufacturing scheme is the key step in the remanufacturing process of used manufacturing and equipment,which directly determines whether the remanufacturing of used manufacturing and equipment can be successfully implemented.The research on the optimization of remanufacturing scheme of used manufacturing and equipment is carried out from the point of view of optimization of reuse strategy of worn parts and components.Firstly,the development and research status of remanufacturing and remanufacturing decision-making at home and abroad are introduced.The relationship between the used manufacturing remanufacturing and the value recovery strategy of used component is analyzed.Frame system of multi-objective optimization technology for used mechanical equipment components value recovery is established.Secondly,based on the idea of multi-objective optimization of components value recovery,from the point of view of remanufacturers and customers,the paper analyzes three factors that affect the rationality of the remanufacturing scheme of used manufacturing and equipment.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the remanufacturing performance,the process complexity and the cost of the used manufacturing equipment remanufacturing,the aim is to balance the life-span,the complexity and the cost of components value recovery a multi-objective optimization model that takes the value recovery and combination strategy as the variables.The multi-objective optimization model of components value recovery is proposed.Then the multi-objective optimization model is optimized by using the SPEA2.Finally,a used lathe C6132 is taken as an example to demonstrate the validity of the above multi-objective optimization model.The results show that the proposed method is effective at realizing reliability enhancement and cost reduction for a used mechanical equipment remanufacturing.
