In recent years,with the increasingly serious problems of resource crisis and environmental pollution,remanufacturing has become an effective way to save energy and reduce emissions and achieve economic cycle development.Based on the development status of China's remanufacturing industry,this paper discusses the service-oriented remanufacturing development model and studies the production decision-making problem under the service-oriented manufacturing/remanufacturing hybrid production mode.Firstly,it introduces the concept and connotation of service-oriented remanufacturing production mode,compares it with traditional manufacturing mode from three aspects of strategy,mechanism and attribute,discusses the advantages and implementation path of service-oriented remanufacturing production mode;introduces the architecture and solution algorithm for the service-oriented manufacturing/remanufacturing(SOM/Re)hybrid system production plan.Secondly,the problem of master production planning for service-oriented manufacturing/remanufacturing hybrid systems was studied.According to the known product demand and the recovery of old parts,the new product can replace the remanufacturing system in one direction,construct the multi-cycle main production planning mathematical model under multi-constraint conditions,and design the genetic algorithm in Matlab to solve the model.The feasibility of the model is verified by an example.Again,the principle of preparation of the material requirements planning of the hybrid system was studied.According to the method of material demand planning in the traditional manufacturing system,the preparation of the material demand planning of the hybrid system was studied for the actual situation of the SOM/Re hybrid system.The six-cylinder engine was taken as an example to solve the valve train and the crank joint.The demand for each component of the rod mechanism.Finally,combined with the above research results,Visual Studio 2013 is selected as the system development environment,C++ and MFC libraries are used as development tools,SOM/Re production management prototype system is designed and tested to verify thefeasibility of the research content.
