As the first year of 5G in 2019,countries will start the commercialization process of 5G one after another.Mobile phones are also becoming more and more important in daily life,and people can use mobile network to obtain information anytime and anywhere.But in this era of information explosion and Internet applications,the problem of "Information Overload" is becoming more and more serious,and the information is not targeted.The same is true in real estate.Personalized recommendation,as an emerging and effective solution,can actively recommend products or information that users may be interested in according to their preferences,which can help users free themselves from the complex commodities or information.This paper designed a mobile end based on WEBGIS in Wuhan real estate information service website,include building information display,in Wuhan city real estate related news and information recommendation and map navigation and so on the function,is designed to help residents in Wuhan city and the surrounding quickly browse the right house,to provide users with the checking line planning functions,in addition,recommend the user policy of real estate related news,tips and legal rights of the article that occupy the home,improve reading efficiency.In terms of data acquisition,this paper uses crawler technology to collect real estate data and news articles.In terms of real estate information display,combined with the good visualization function of WEBGIS technology,it can show the location of real estate and the available facilities around on the map,providing a visual image;In order to be able to let the user get interested in news and information,this article uses the Lambda real-time and off-line computing architecture.Offline browsing history according to user's basic information and computing the hybrid model-based collaborative filtering and content-based recommendation methods to dig deeper into the user preferences,click with CTR prediction model at the same time hits projections for recommendation result set sorting,optimizing the high click rate the article to recommend;Real-time part will be combined with the latest and hottest articles for recording,real-time and off-line part end mixed recommended users,can grasp the user's short-term good article,can dig deep preferences;In order to facilitate users to go to the site to see the house,combined with Baidu map API navigation and line planning interface,to the user to plan travel routes.According to the idea of software engineering,this paper analyzes and introduces the design and implementation of the website,including requirements analysis,overalldesign,detailed design and function realization.Finally,the function and interface of this website were tested.The results of the test show that the article display interface can be effectively close to the user's interests and preferences to recommend articles,helping users to quickly obtain information of interest;Real estate location display and line navigation function can also quickly show the travel plan,convenient and fast,save user time,improve user viscosity.In short,the system has high value of use and promotion.
