Reearch And Implementation Of Real Estate Services Platform Based On The Integration Of Web 3D Landscape Map And Virtual Reality

With the development of computer technology, network technology, geographic information systems and virtual reality, along with the increasing demand for information, digital map has been developed continuously. Web 3d landscape map derived from the implementation of network technology, GIS and virtual reality technology. However, the Web 3d landscape map which is between two-dimensional and three-dimensional is still sufficient in the user experience. As a result, the paper researches the Web 3d landscape map and virtual reality and then the combination of them based on the advantages and disadvantages. The works are as follows:1. The production and distribution process of Web 3D landscape map based on WebGIS, and implementation of virtual realty technology based on Flash.The production and distribution including data collection, model making, stretching and rendering of the scene, and then cut the image to tiles with the image cutting toll and stored data on the server side, and publish the map through WebGIS technology for users to operation.There are several methods for the implementation of virtual reality, while Flash technology is focused in this paper because of its wide use, interactivity and easy to embed in the web.2. Research the integration of web 3D landscape and virtual reality from the system architecture and access, scheduling of multi-dimensional data.Integrate the map operation and GIS analysis, 3D virtual scene roaming and interactive operation through SOA to improve the flexibility of the system. In addition, for the multi-dimensional data, combination of multi storage methods, multi-threaded data transmission and display according to regional level are used to make the display of the data more smooth and enhancing user experience. 3. The research is successfully applied to the design and development for the Virtual Urban Real Estate Interactive Community Platform in 3D Web Era of Chengdu, and it summarize the technology, methods, and deficiencies in the research, and put forward the future work in the end of the paper.
