Ocean transport accounts for more than 90%of the world's freigh,it can be said to play an important role in global trade,a large number of shipping also huge pollution threat to the ocean,the sea is permeated with the occurrence of oil the biggest threat is a form of pollution,and with the increasing globalization trend,maritime traffic increase,oil spills occur more frequently.Sea with the consequences of the oil pollution is very serious,the pollution of the sea natural fisheries and aquaculture,tourism and even cause bad effect,thus affecting the near coastal economic development zone,and adjacent waters in the area as a whole and the influence of ecological environment in a short period of time is difficult to eliminate,for example,the research area of this paper is the Taiwan strait,research data show that,the fisheries capacity of the strait has been declining for the last 20 years,one of the important reasons for this phenomenon is frequent oil spill accidents,so the sea is permeated with oil transport diffusion and its influencing factors is important,has important theoretical and practical significance,Exploring the impact of different environmental variables on oil spill transport and diffusion can predict the trajectory of oil spill diffusion in the shortest possible time after oil spill occurs according to the current environment and future environmental changes in a short period of time,and take corresponding measures in advance,such as the relocation of aquaculture in adjacent waters as far as possible.The research content of this paper is oil spill risk simulation in Taiwan strait and the influence of environmental variables on oil spill diffusion and transport after oil spill event,and summarize the influence law of environment variable,In order to provide valuable Suggestions and theoretical support for the countermeasures in case of future Marine oil spill events.The research idea of this paper is as follows:1?In this paper,after determining the study area as the Taiwan strait,according to the relevant literature,the research method is determined as a two-dimensional hydrodynamic model based on unstructured grid,the finite volume method is used to solve the spatial discretization problem in the computational domain,secondly,the study of the natural characteristics of the sea area for a comprehensive investigation,because of the subsequent oil spill analysis needs,therefore,the key ports in the research area are also investigated.2?This study first to establish the Taiwan strait the two-dimensional hydrodynamic model based on unstructured grids,and from the model research trend characteristics of waters,and to validate the hydrodynamic characteristics of the data(water level,flow,),the test results of the model was consistent with actual situation of each point in time(calculation value and the overall trend in the range of allowable error),thus can prove the reliability of the two-dimensional hydrodynamic model meets the requirements,for the subsequent diffusion of oil spill simulation based data and provide the accurate hydrodynamic driving conditions.3?After a reliable two-dimensional hydrodynamic model is established,a simulated oil spill point is set up in the model,and the oil properties of the spill are set up,the location of the spill is based on previous surveys of ports in the strait,The locations where oil spills are likely to occur are selected:Each calculation adjusts an environment variable in the model,for example:Wind speed,wind direction,temperature,flow velocity and flow direction,compose a variety of different conditions,in a unit time after the spread of the oil spill area and residual oil as a measure of the amount of the different wind conditions,current state,the spread of the oil particles trajectory.4?summing rules,and the effect matrix.of various environment variables,found in all variables,the wind the influence degree of the largest,decisive,followed the influence of trend,the influence of the temperature of the youngest,and when the flow of wind and tide broadly,will produce the effect of positive overlay,on the contrary,when the direction of the two is not at the same time,there will be weaken effect.This paper does not consider the influence of time because the essence of different time is whether the tidal current field at the time of oil spill is a rising tide or a falling tide,and ultimately it is attributed to the influence of flow velocity and direction,so it is not discussed.
