With the acceleration of popxilation growth and urbanization process,under the influence of high-intensity development and unreasonable industrial layout,the inharmonious relations between human and nature,production and life,and ecology are becoming increasingly serious.In order to achieve regional coordination and sustainable development,scientifie and reasonable land space planning i5 very importantln southwest mountainous areas,the complex geological environment conditions and the development of geological disasters have seriously restricted the planning and construction of towns and various projects.Therefore,it is necessary to fully pay attention to the combination of geological disaster investigation and land space planning,and scientifically sketch the,"blueprint" of the planning on the "base mapn of geological conditions.As an important city in the northeast of sichuan,bazhong city has been undergoing a lot of development and construction work in recent years.Because bazhong city is dominated by red stratum,geological disasters are frequent and restricted by the geological eonditions of eonstruction land,it is urgent to carry out detailed geological disaster investigation and geological suitability evaluation Suggestions in the planning and construction process.At present,the geological disaster prevention and control in bazhong city has achieved remarkable results,and zero casualties have been achieved for many years.In order to improve the scientificity of land space development and more comprehensively consider the geological "background" conditions,it is urgent to carry out the related work of geological survey and suitability evaluation of construction land.This article,which is based on DaBaShan District urban geological hazard survey project,the key project of bazhong Yellowstone tourist area in geological hazard survey,development of Huang Shipan reservoir area of 26 disasters and chase the bank bank slope survey,typical of geologic calamity in reservoir area and carried on the detailed investigation and evaluation on stability calculation results,combined with analysis of the reservoir before and after the geological disasters and the stability of the reservoir bank slope stability can be divided into stable,basically stable and unstable three categories;Results based on the geological disasters and bank slope stability evaluation,to determine the geological suitability evaluation indexes as landscape,sliding surface inclination Angle,slope structure,weak intercalation characteristics,development degree of geological disasters,vegetation coverage and so on five aspects of a total of eight indicators,to determine the characteristic parameters and the weight of each index,the cloud model theory was used to construct the Huangshi tourist area construction land suitability of comprehensive normal cloud model;The planning and construction land is divided into three categories:suitable area,more suitable area and less suitable area.Tie proposal of planning and construction land for huangshi tourist area is put forward,which saves more than 200 mu of urban construction land index and strongly supports the economic and social development of the old revolutionary base area of bazhong.
