Under the background of economic globalization and the rapid development of China's export-oriented economy,China's shipping industry has made considerable progress.With the rapid increase in world trade volume and the development of large-scale ships,global port activities and container cargo handling volume have increased year by year.China's port container handling capacity is the highest in the world,and the top 10 ports of global container throughput China accounts for 7.Half of the world's top six container ports are located in the Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao regions.Facing the development of shipping companies,freight forwarding companies and multinational port operators,the operation and management mode of container ports has undergone new changes.Ports around the world are gradually trying to abandon the original simplistic and homogenous pure competition model and move towards a port cooperative operation mode of regional port competition as a whole.In response to this change in port development,China proposes to develop the national strategy of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay,and the container port is an important support for the region's economy.How to better develop container ports in cooperation with Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay is of great significance.In this context,this paper firstly summarizes the concepts related to port cooperation,analyzes the type of port cooperation and business scope.Secondly,it reviews the development history of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay,and briefly introduces the development status of the port in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay.The analysis of the problem of the development of the internal container port,using the standard deviation ellipse method to analyze the gravity shift of China's container export,the offset of the center of gravity of the container export directly leads to the fierce competition between the ports of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay while facing the loss of external source Next,this paper analyzes the container freight subsidy strategy for the major cooperative ports in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay.The upper model portrays the port container freight subsidy strategy for the Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macau Bay Area,and the lower layer uses the balanced distribution principle under the freight subsidy strategy.According to the minimum principle of freighter's freight,the container volume of the multimodal transport network is allocated.In this cycle,the bi-level programming model is used to give the port container freight subsidy combination strategy which maximizes regional revenue.Finally,this paper collects the container data from the hinterland of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay's ports to overseas,and calculates the optimal container freight subsidy strategy under the port cooperation of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay.In order to help the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay,this paper analyzes the optimal container freight subsidy strategy and then take different pairs of hinterland and overseas ports into consideration finally put forward a targeted subsidy strategy to achieve complementary cooperation between the ports.
