Coal Information Service System Based On GIS

With the advent of the information age,information technology has a significant impact on human society,including the coal industry and other industries have begun to realize their own information construction.There are a large number of coal resources in Ordos area of China.After a long-term development of coal marketing,the local coal supply chain sales mode is gradually formed by linking up upstream and downstream customers with coal traders.With the increasingly fierce market competition,coal traders have to manage the coal supply chain,which requires coal traders to master real-time,accurate and comprehensive information about the coal industry.Geographic Information System(GIS)has a strong ability of spatial data management,rich ability of spatial data analysis and processing,and intuitive graphic display.It has been widely used in social production,transportation,natural resources and other industries,and has made some research results.Based on GIS,this paper builds coal industry information system to provide necessary information services for suppliers and downstream users in coal supply chain.In this paper,from the perspective of coal supply chain management,for coal suppliers and their downstream customers,with the purpose of providing the information they need,according to the idea of software engineering,based on the GIS platform,the information service system of coal industry is designed and implemented,and the acquisition,management and visual display of multi-source information data are completed.The system construction includes the following work.1)Analyze the information needs of coal traders and their downstream customers in the coal supply chain,and design the system functions.2)According to the data requirements of the system,through technical research and experiments,a flexible data acquisition scheme is given.Including the format conversion of CAD data to obtain the geographic location information of coal mine,the import of measured data of coal mine mouth and path,the processing of Excel data such as coal quality and price obtained from coal mine and trading company,and the crawling of coal mine industry information by using Scrapy web crawler,etc.3)Analyze the format and characteristics of all kinds of data,establish the system database according to the database design specification,and store and manage these data efficiently and safely.4)Based on the web front-end framework and Openlayers and other open-source GIS framework,the client of the system is built to realize the visual display of the spatial information and non spatial attribute information of the coal industry,as well as the visual expression of thematic charts.5)Combining the data of coal mine mouth and path with the path analysis service of Gaud map,the path analysis to the position of coal mine mouth is realized and visualized.The system provides information services for coal traders and their downstream customers on the basis of computer network,realizes the sharing and visual display of key information in the coal supply chain,helps the traders to manage the supply chain,and provides information assistance for the planning and decision-making of the traders and their downstream users,so as to promote the development of the coal industry.
