Double color infrared coating technologyThis paper systematically studied the infrared color antireflection coating design,optimization and production process.By using the computer film system design software,it complete the antireflection film coating design with Ge,ZnS,ZnSe substrates(medium wave 4?5um,long wave 8?9um),and carried out extensive research of plating technology,thereby producing a dual-band long-wave infrared film with high infrared transmission effect.This paper start with antireflection film application,and development status.It use the optical thin film theory,and according to the McLeod coating design software to complete the multi-layer antireflection film coating design,so obtain a multi-layer coating membranes system structure and the optical characteristic curve.In order to get better antireflection effect,This article also improved c of the film system,to get a better spectral properties of multilayer antireflection coating film system.Now the transmittance in the long wavelength range theory can reach 90%in the infrared,according to improved optimization the film system,the samples actual measured transmittance were also more than 90%,it achieve the expected antireflection effect.This paper selects the Ge,ZnS,fluoride Yb as the coating material in the middle and long wavelengths of infrared light.according to the improved optimization of membrane structure,respectively for three kinds of basal material by vacuum evaporation method for six layer of multilayer film,coating was studied in the process of the deposition process parameters on the physical and spectral properties of film layer and the effect of summarizes a set of complete infrared double-color minus reflection film coating process,and applied to the actual production processIn the process of the experiment,the system was studied during the preparation of the degree of vacuum,the impact of the deposition rate,substrate temperature,ion bombardment,baking processing parameters on the structure and spectral properties of film,it determine the evaporation rate of each film material,the baking temperature and ion bombardment mode.The results show that the above factors are important parameters optical performance.In the process of the experiment,the system was studied during the preparation of the degree of vacuum,the impact of the deposition rate,substrate temperature,ion bombardment,baking processing parameters on the structure and spectral properties of the film to determine the evaporation rate of each film material baking temperature and ion bombardment mode.The results show that the above factors are important parameters optical performance.Finally,using a spectrophotometer,microscopes,high and low box,etc.according to the military standard measuring three base color infrared anti-reflection film adaptability and optical properties.Environmental adaptability test results fully meet the requirements specified GJB2485-95 optical film,and it received a higher transmittance curves,Which verifies the process parameters on the influence of the antireflection film adaptability and spectral properties.
