| Coulomb earth pressure theory is one of the two main methods for calculating the earth pressure behind retaining wall, but it only considers the earth pressure calculation of single soil layer. In practical engineering, the soil after retaining wall is usually composed of different soil layers. In order to calculate the pressure of the backfill soil behind the wall, the traditional Coulomb theory method for a single soil layer can not be used directly. The theoretical method of layered soils should be adopted to solve the pressure problem of the backfill soil. The stratified soils theory only takes into account the lateral stratification of the soils,in the actual retaining wall strengthening slope engineering, because the filled and existing soil layers after the wall forms a vertical stratification situation,it is necessary to study the distribution situation of the soil pressure under this condition.Based on the requirements of the actual engineering, this paper put forward a reasonable assumption for the calculation of the vertical layered soil pressure.By establishing the static equilibrium formula based on the traditional Coulomb earth pressure theory, the formulas of the Coulomb earth pressure under the vertical stratified condition are derived. In this paper, the pressure of layered soil under the same two layers of soil physical properties is compared with that of the corresponding traditional Coulomb soil pressure, and the correctness of the theory of the vertical stratified soil pressure calculation is found, which is beneficial to the correct grasp of the pressure of the layered soil in the slope treatment.Through the specific example analysis, the function of the function image in Excel is used to get the extreme point of the earth pressure, thus the size and distribution of the main earth pressure are obtained, and the correctness of the calculation results is verified by some practical engineering examples. |
