Research On Emergency Medical Supplies Allocation And Transportation Under Emergency Events

In recent years,various types of emergencies have occurred frequently.Due to the urgency and destructiveness of emergencies and the high degree of information loss,human society has caused huge casualties and serious economic property losses,making emergency rescue work faces enormous difficulties and challenges.When emergencies occur,in order to minimize mitigate the disasters,reduce the number of casualties and economic property losses,scientific and rational allocation of limited emergency medical supplies,and timely and effective transportation play an important role.It is not only the guarantee of saving people's lives and property,but also has a certain social role.The paper mainly studies the allocation and transportation of emergency medical supplies under emergencies,including the two issues of “how to allocate” and “how to transport”.When disaster information such as disaster grade,the number of casualties and traffic conditions in the disaster area are known,the emergency medical supplies allocation method and transportation model under the complete disaster information are constructed.However,in the actual emergency,there are many unknown situations.When the disaster information such as disaster grade and traffic conditions are incomplete,combined with the basic theory of fuzzy number,the emergency medical supplies allocation method and transportation model under the incomplete disaster information are constructed.Therefore,according to the actual disaster situation of the disaster area,it is determined that the proportion and quantity of emergency medical supplies that are consistent with the situation are assigned to each affected area,and then the quantity of emergency medical supplies allocated to each disaster area can be determined by which supply or which supply points to provided and how many they are provided respectively,and transported to each disaster area in a timely and effective manner to achieve the purpose of mitigating disasters and reducing losses,and also improving the efficiency of limited emergency medical supplies in emergency response.Finally,the Wenchuan earthquake is taken as an example to carry out specific case analysis to verify the effectiveness of the method and model.3 graphs and 28 tables are inserted,50 papers or monographs are quoted as bibliography.
