In the process of rapid urbanization, the formation and development of urban agglomeration is a new urban spatial form of urban development to mature stage.Land use is the manifestation of the spatial evolution of urban agglomerations and the allocation of resources.Transportation is the lifeblood of urban development, and traffic has a significant impact on the change of land use in the region. In the process of urban planning and transportation planning, there is a lack of horizontal communication. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to make a reasonable land use layout in the context of traffic integration. On the basis of consulting a large number of related literatures and materials, this paper has made a deep understanding and analysis of the relevant policies of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei traffic integration.Under the understanding of the actual development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the policy, the Influencing factors of land use is selected. The land use model of cellular automata based on C4.5 decision tree is established. This paper chooses some areas of Wuqing area in the important area of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the research area. The results show that under the influence of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei traffic integration, the land use density in the study area is continuously increasing. The construction of Wuqing Station has a greater impact on the growth of residential land use, while that of industrial, mining and storage areas is more affected by the expressway. The impact of external traffic in urban agglomeration on land use in the region is significant. Finally, the paper forecasts the land use status of the research area in 2020,and provide reference for the regional land use planning in the urban agglomeration.
