Laser heating and curing shell forming technology is a hot research technology in the area of rapid prototyping of composite in the future.Based on the research background of traditional shell molding,the key technology of traditional shell molding is analyzed and the research on laser curing shell molding technology is carried out.According to the functional requirements of the laser curing molding system,the structures of the heating device and the actuator of the system are designed,the corresponding control and detection schemes are proposed and the experimental device is built for experimental testing.According to the production demand,the forming speed of the shell sometimes needs to be adjusted,but the change of speed is restricted by other factors,so a laser constant temperature dynamic heating technology that can be responded quickly is proposed.According to the theory of laser radiation,a dynamic constant temperature heating model is constructed in the laser heating and curing shell molding process and the mathematical relationship between laser power and forming speed is obtained.According to the requirements of shape and parameters of heating source in shell forming system,the semiconductor laser is selected as the heating source and the optical beam is collimated and shaped by the optical design software,a rectangular spot suitable for the heating system is obtained.Aiming at the problem that the variation of the temperature field has a great influence on the molding quality of the casing in the shell molding process,a two-dimensional mathematical model of the laser heating temperature field is constructed,the boundary conditions of the temperature during the transfer process are determined.The temperature field variation of the heating process is simulated by using the finite element analysis software.According to the research requirements of the paper,an experimental device is built to verify the correctness of the two mathematical models(The constant temperature dynamic heating mathematical model and finite element simulation model by using laser as heating source).The experimental results show that the theoretical values of the two mathematical models are basically consistent with the experimental results.
