This paper relies on the "Digital Terrain System"(DTIS)and design an aerial intelligence system that can help commanders master the situation in the air.Through the aerial intelligence system,the commander can accurately and timely understand the battlefield situation,which including the location,status and distribution of each flight target and military facilities.It can significantly improve the efficiency of battlefield information management.The organization of combat operations in the air defense combat become more rational and orderly under the complex and changeable environment.The main research contents of this paper are ordered follows:1)By considering the air condition feedback,an airborne source access algorithm is designed for compressed sensing radar.This method firstly compresses and samples the radar echo signal,and then without reconstructing the signal,it uses the optimal track point feedback from the new aerial intelligence system to guide the compressed domain detector for tracking pre-detection without recovering the signal,which improves the adaptive ability of the compressed-sensing radar in detecting target.Furthermore,in the part of tracking pre-detection,an improved method based on VB-AKF for compressed domain tracking pre-detection is proposed,which effectively improves the accuracy of compressed sensing Radar.2)The DTIS aerial intelligence visualization method was studied.The proposed method first establishes a connection with each aerial intelligence and associates the track points to generate a track chain.Then,a 3 ? criterion track wild value point elimination method based on the target motion characteristics is designed to reject the wild value points in the track chain,which can achieve an outstanding performance in rejection efficiency.After that,the track of the same target is merged,and the coordinates of the track point are converted by the Gauss-Kruger projection.Finally,the track is drawn in the map scene,and the optimization method of track drawing message scheduling based on priority decision is proposed,which guarantees the timeliness of track drawing.3)A DTIS visualization based aerial intelligence system is proposed.The designed functional modules include database module,position configuration module,real-time air condition display module,air condition recurrence module and air condition query module.After the system is implemented,it is tested by the compressed sensing radar aerial intelligence and the ADS-B civil aviation aerial intelligence.The experimental results show that the performance of the new aerial intelligence system is greatly improved,and at the same time,each functional module can operate properly and stably.In summary,we have designed and realized the aerial intelligence system based on DTIS.The new aerial intelligence system can catch aerial intelligence for different types,visualizing in the maps immediately and precisely by graphics and images,which is convenient for commanders to observe the aerial targets and master situations of aerial battlefield quickly.
