At present,UAV photogrammetry technology has developed rapidly,many surveying and mapping enterprises have put it into large scale topographic map mapping project and achieved remarkable results.However,commercial aerial survey UAV resulting in the problems such as large investment risk,high input-output ratio due to high acquisition costs,high maintenance costs,long maintenance cycle and other defects.In this paper,the design and practice of low cost differential aerial surveying UAV are carried out.The main work and innovations of the paper are as follows:1.In the large-scale topographic map mapping project,by analyzing the demand of the aerial photogrammetry technology on the UAV in the flight height,cruising speed,battery life,payload,takeoff weight and wingspan and other needs,clearing the design goals low-cost aerial survey UAV.The key parameters of the aerial surveying UAV are determined by using the aerodynamic principle.The key parameters are used to select the flight platform and the aerial system is integrated to lay the foundation for the engineering application of the aerial surveying UAV.2.Aiming at the problem of the precision of line elements of exterior orientation for commercial aerial survey UAV is not high,a method of obtaining low cost and high precision line elements of exterior orientation is proposed.Firstly,the GNSS difference method is used to improve the accuracy of the trajectory recording of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV),and then the camera delay correction technique is used to obtain the real camera exposure time.Finally,the interpolated method is used to obtain the line elements of exterior orientation of the UAV.The method of obtaining the low-cost and high-precision unmanned aerial line(UAV)element acquisition method can effectively improve the accuracy of the line elements of exterior orientation by taking the coordinates of the site coordinates and aerial triangulation of the initial values.3.A verification test scheme was designed to verify the flight quality and aerial triangulation quality of the low cost differential aerial surveying UAV designed in this paper.In this paper,the flight weight of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)is evaluated as the evaluation index of the location coordinates,the control point residual and the checkpoint error as the evaluation criteria of the aerial triangulation precision,It is verified that the flight quality and aerial triangulation quality of the low cost differential aerial surveying UAV can meet the requirements of large scale topographic mapping.4.Based on Lingao cultivated land planning and the road planning of 1: 1000 topographic map of Xinmi City,the feasibility of low cost differential aerial surveying UAV developed in this paper is verified from the DOM and DLG accuracy;In the economic benefits of an effective solution to the problem of the high cost of enterprise acquisition and high input-output ratio.
