Studying historical floods helps to understand the occurrence and characteristics of floods and provide basic information for future risk prevention.China has rich historical materials,and the history of flood cases is also rich and detailed.However,the floods recorded in the historical literature are scattered and scattered,mainly characterized by qualitative descriptions.There are few accurate quantitative records,which are serious constraints on the analysis of the mechanism and laws of historical floods.Therefore,scientific and effective extraction of disaster information in historical documents and digital simulation of historical floods are of great significance for disaster research.This paper selects the case of the flood of Jilin Province,which occurred in the first year of the Xuantong in the late Qing Dynasty(1909),which affects the entire territory of Jilin Province.It analyzes the characteristics of historical documents and the characteristics of historical flood data,and organizes the floods scattered in historical documents.Recorded.The simulation of historical floods starts from the two directions of time and space: the time-space data model is used in time.Firstly,several mainstream spatio-temporal data models are analyzed,and their respective advantages and disadvantages are summarized.Finally,object-oriented and event-based The model design idea is to encapsulate the sub-basin flood into a separate logical model of historical flood design,and use the Geodatabase to complete the data organization design,and use the collection of non-spatial tables,spatial feature sets and feature classes in the Geodatabase to make the flood objects in the database.It can completely encapsulate the recorded data of sub-basin floods;spatially study several methods for simulating flood submergence range and their applicable scenarios,and finally use the active submergence model and seed spread algorithm to simulate the submerged range of historical flood space.Finally,combined with the design of spatio-temporal data model and database structure,the space-time query method of Jilin flood in the first year of Xuantong was designed.The simulation of the floods in Jilin in the first year of Xuantong provides a feasible method for historical flood simulation,solves the key problems of historical flood case studies in Northeast China,and provides an effective reference for the simulation and implementation of other historical disaster cases.
