Northeast soda saline-alkaline land is one of the main types of saline-alkaline land in China,which has the particularity of high soil exchangeable sodium content,soil hardening,poor permeability and poor physical and chemical properties.It is difficulty in harnessing and utilizing.It has great strategic significance to the ecological civilization construction and national ecological safety tool in the saline-alkaline land fragile area for the research on the ecological management of saline alkali land in Northeast China,the development of saline alkali land control engineering equipment and products,the establishment of comprehensive treatment and ecological industry model of soda saline alkali land,provides a paradigm for the long-term treatment of soda saline-alkaline land.The western part of Jilin province is a typical area of northeast soda saline-alkaline land.Previous treatments and improvement methods mostly focused on the improvement of saline and alkaline,while ignoring the role of soil organic fertilizer.When rainfall or sprinkler irrigation intensity is reduced,the content of saline and alkaline in soil will increase again,which is not a good combination of engineering measures and biological measures to improve the effect,resulting in the loss of some surface fertile soil,soil subsurface organic matter greatly decreasing,too tight subsurface soil and so on.In this paper,in view of the formation mechanism of soda saline-alkaline land in Northeast China and the mechanism of reduction and reduction,the study of salt resistance compound machine for soil subsurface straw partition is carried out,and the effect of "Enrichment of deep also" is achieved by using straw structure to prevent salt barrier,which gets the crop straw buried underground for about 25~30cm,effectively improving many physical and chemical indicators of soil.In this paper,a three-dimensional model of soil sub surface straw barrier salt duplex operation machine is established by using SolidWorks software.The burying parts get the 45 cm wide bar type single furrow plough.Based on ANSYS software,the finite element analysis of rack,anti blockage parts and grass patch components was carried out.And the model machine has been designed and manufactured,and field tests and tests have been carried out.The results show that all the components of the soil sub surface straw barrier salt multiple working machine designed in this paper meet the requirements for the structural strength of Northeast China soda saline-alkaline land,which can get the effect of deep straw subsurface and interlayer salt blocking.This paper provides theoretical and technical support for the research on the ecological restoration and protection of typical fragile soil and the research and application of the equipment for the treatment of soda saline-alkaline land,and has a certain reference value for improving the related structure design of rice straw returning machine in soda saline-alkaline land.
