The morbidity and mortality of heart and respiratory diseases are accompanied by rapid economic growth in recent years in China,and they are also showing an increasing trend year by year.These diseases often have a long incubation period and are largely affected by the surrounding nature and living environment.The influence of factors,the true function of the human body after the onset of the disease will cause huge irreversible trauma.In clinical medicine,most of the examinations and pre-diagnosis of heart and respiratory diseases are firstly determined by auscultation of cardiopulmonary sounds and then combined with other methods.Therefore,pre-diagnosis of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases is performed by auscultation.And prevention has great scientific reference value.However,in the rapid development of society,most of people's daily life is occupied by work,study,and family.Especially in large cities with developed economy,people are almost always racing against time.There is no free time at all.Too much attention to one's health,and in some remote rural areas,people may be relatively adequate in time but most people may not be able to perform well on their own health due to economic and medical adjustments.It is a good concern that the incidence and mortality of heart and lung diseases in China have increased year by year and there is a huge relationship among people.The rapid development of the Internet has brought about earth-shaking changes in our lives.The Internet and the traditional medical industry have combined to form "Internet + Medical".The emerging industries also have many achievements.This article is an application scenario for telemedicine.Using Internet-related technologies,research and design a cardio-pulmonary health management service platform.The main contents of this study are as follows:(1)The structured user data on the cardiopulmonary health management service platform is stored in a relational database,and the unstructured.wav format cardiopulmonary audio data is stored in the distributed file system.At the same time,considering the high concurrency in the late stage of the platform and the hidden andanti-lost of medical data,the system database is prevented from crashing,the robustness of the system database and HA(high availability)are strengthened,and the database adopts the structure design and structure of the sub-database.The data is currently stored in mysql,and the unstructured cardiopulmonary audio data is stored in the HDFS.(2)Design of platform registration and login method.Considering that the current QQ,WeChat,Weibo and other social accounts have a large user population,in order to improve the user experience,design a third-party mainstream social account to log in,and directly use the social account with their own binding for on-site verification.Log in to solve the problem that the doctor often forgets the account login password and frequently retrieves the password because he or she is busy at work.(3)The user interface,such as user information management,cardiopulmonary category management,cardiopulmonary sound information and health parameter management,are designed and have basic functions of addition,deletion and modification.The management module of cardiopulmonary sound and health parameters also has cardiopulmonary sound.Waveform display,normal or not heart sound classification,auxiliary diagnosis and print report,send report and other navigation bar functions.(4)Cardiopulmonary sound waveform and frequency domain health parameter display module use java to call matlab algorithm mixed programming method design and realize the powerful function of matlab in performing complex scientific calculation and waveform graph display,applying Welch method to cardiopulmonary audio Frequency domain spectral analysis extracts the relevant power health parameters of the waveform.(5)The algorithm part of the heart sound classification module is also implemented by java calling matlab's hybrid programming method.The algorithm model is derived from the algorithm model of the algorithm for obtaining the highest heart sound classification score in the 2016 Heart Sound Challenge.The local parameters are optimized and applied in this paper.The application of the AdaBoost with abstainin and CNN classifiers to achieve the classification of heart sounds,thefirst result of the heart sound challenge world also confirms the scientific and feasible algorithm model.
