Research On Government Resource Environment Audit Under The Strategy Of Ecological Civilization Construction

Ecological environmental protection is a long-standing topic.In recent years,the frequent occurrence of ecological and environmental damages in various places has constantly alerted us,and we must strengthen the protection of resources and environment in order to achieve more scientific and sustainable development.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put the construction of ecological civilization at the height of the country's major strategy.The19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has placed ecological civilization construction at a more important position.As an important part of the government supervision system,audit institutions should give full play to their positive role in promoting the construction of ecological civilization.This paper comprehensively sorts out the audit results of the 18 resource and environment announced by CNAO from the audit results announcement and the audit annual work report from 2010 to 2018.This paper expounds the status quo of government resource and environment audit from two aspects:auditobject,content and audit mode of government resource environment audit.This paper points out that there are still four problems,such as the scope of random inspection does not cover all provinces and regions,lack of continuity,the audit object does not cover the entire area of ecological civilization construction,the lack of attention to the project's ecological benefits and the recurrence of the revealed problems.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems,and then proposes targeted countermeasures.It is expected to promote continuous improvement of government resource environment audit.
