Study On The Structure And Diversity Of Summer Bird Community In Xiong'an New Area

In the summer of 2017 and 2018,we investigated the diversity and composition of avian community in Xiong?an New Area by the line-transect method.The main contents are as follows:1.A total of 104973 individuals and 101 species were recorded in Xiong?an New Area,which belong to 15 orders,37 families and 73 genera.There were two dominant species(Passer montanus,Acrocephalus orientalis),four species belong to the List of Key Protected Wild Animals of China(Athene noctua,Falco tinnunculus,Falco amurensis,Falco subbuteo),four species were listed in Appendices?of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora(Athene noctua,Falco tinnunculus,Falco amurensis,Falco subbuteo),one critically endangered and two near threatened species included in the red list published by International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources(Aythya baeri,Aythya nyroca,Paradoxornis heudei).2.The shannon-wiener index,evenness and richness of avian community had no differences(P>0.05)among Xiong County,Rongcheng County,Anxin County and Baiyangdian Lake,the abundance and density had significant differences(P<0.05),the diversity of family and genus had highly significant differences(P<0.01),in Anxin County was the highest,and in Rongcheng County was the lowest.In Baiyangdian Lake,the abundance and density was the highest,the other indices were all highest in Anxin County.The birds similarity among four surveyed areas were all high,between Xiong County and Rongcheng County was highest(0.741)and between Xiong County and Baiyangdian Lake was lowest(0.689).3.The shannon-wiener index,evenness,richness and diversity of family and genus of avian community all had highly significant differences(P<0.01)among croplands,river,woodland,residential areas,shallow wetland and lake wetland,the abundance and density of avian community had significant difference(P<0.05).The birds similarity among fourIV surveyed areas were different,between river and shallow wetland was highest(0.748),between residential areas and lake wetland was lowest(0.302).4.The result of bird communities comparison in different habitats the same surveyed area showed that: in Xiong County,the richness of avian community had highly significant differences(P<0.01)among four habitats,the shannon-wiener and diversity of family and genus all had significant difference(P<0.05).In Rongcheng County,The shannon-wiener index and richness all had highly significant differences(P<0.01)among four habitats,and the evenness had significant difference(P<0.05).In Anxin County,the richness of avian community had highly significant difference(P<0.05)among four habitats.In Baiyangdian Lake,the shannon-wiener,evenness and richness of avian community all had highly significant differences(P<0.01)among two habitats.The result of bird communities comparison in the same habitat different surveyed areas showed that: there were no differences in cropland,river and woodland(P>0.05).In residential area,the richness had highly significant difference(P<0.01),in Xiong County was the highest,Anxin County was the next and Rongcheng County was the lowest.5.The shannon-wiener index and evenness of Baiyangdian Lake were all the lowest among Xiong County,Rongcheng County,Anxin County and Baiyangdian Lake,but the abundance and density were all highest,this indicated that although the species composition in this region was the highest,the distribution among individual species was the most uneven,so the species diversity was the lowest.Thirteen species of birds were recorded only in Baiyangdian Lake,indicated that this region had an important role in the protection of birds in Xiong?an New Area.The shannon-wiener index had significant difference(P<0.05)in villages among Xiong County,Rongcheng County,Anxin County.The density of avian community had highly significant difference(P<0.01)between villages and croplands among three surveyed areas,the richness of avian community had significant difference(P<0.05)between villages and croplands in Xiong County and Rongcheng County,the indices in villages was significantlylarger than that in cropland.The shannon-wiener index and evenness of avian community had significant difference(P<0.05)between villages and croplands in Anxin County,the indices in croplands were significantly larger than that in villages.It can be seen that the villages in Xiong County and Rongcheng County had certain aggregation and protection effects on cropland birds.
