The Fengfeng mining area in Hebei Province is rich in coal resources.Due to unreasonable mining in recent years,it has caused serious harm to the local ecological environment. In order to make full use of AM fungi resources in mining area and promote plant growth and ecological environment restoration in mining area,in October 2016-2018,Soil samples were collected from 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm soil layers of three common local plants,Ilex chinensis,Broussonetia papyrifera and Berberis kawakamii from Dashe Town,Fengfeng Town,Hecun Town,Yijing Town and Jiecheng Town in Fengfeng Mining Area, used for identification of AM fungi and determination of spore density, glomalin and soil physical and chemical indexes. The germplasm resources, ecological distribution and correlation with soil factors of AM fungi were systematically studied.A total of 8 genera and 48 species of AM fungi were identified,Glomus and Acaulospora were broad-spectrum genera,Glomus melanosporum,Acaulospora bireticulata and Glomus reticulatum were broad-spectrum species.Shannon-Weiner index, evenness and species richness of AM fungi in Broussonetia papyrifera were the highest, while those in Berberis kawakamii were the lowest.Soil temperature, soil moisture, soil heavy metal content and host plants can affect the growth and reproduction of AM fungi to some extent. The content of heavy metal cadmium and zinc exceeded the standard in Fengfeng mining area. The correlation analysis showed that the spore density was significantly positively or extremely significantly positively correlated with glomalin, was positively or significantly positively correlated with soil alkalihydrolyzed nitrogen, was significantly positively correlated with temperature and humidity, was negatively or significantly negatively correlated with pH,cadmium content and zinc content;Glomalin was positively, significantly positively or extremely significantly positively correlated with organic carbon and soil alkalihydrolyzed nitrogen, was negatively or significantly negatively correlated with cadmium content and zinc content;pH was positively or significantly positively correlated with cadmium content and zinc content. Some species of AM fungi spores of Broussonetia papyrifera in Fengfeng Town and Ilex chinensis in Hecun Town have the ecological adaptability characteristics of darker color and denser surface reticulation interval, which is beneficial to improve the survival and adaptability of AM fungi in polluted environment of mining area.
