The common way to protect biodiversity in China is to establish nature reserves,so the planning and construction of nature reserves is very important. At present, the Fran?ois? langurs in Guizhou Province are mainly distributed in five nature reserves, including two municipal nature reserves: Tongzi Huanglian Baiqing Nature Reserve and Yezhong Fran?ois? langurs Nature Reserve;three national nature reserves: Kuankuoshui National Nature Reserve,Mayanghe National Nature Reserve and Dashahe National Nature Reserve. In 2016,we investigated the nature reserve with Fran?ois? langurs distribution in Guizhou Province, but no entity Fran?ois? langurs was found in Tongzi Huanglian Baiqing Nature Reserve,so this study does not consider the nature reserve. The Karst terrain of Guizhou Province is seriously cut,the gullies are vertical and horizontal, the deep canyons develop along the river, and the caves on both sides develop well, which provides a good environment for the survival and reproduction of Fran?ois? langurs. Now the population of Fran?ois? langurs in Guizhou Province is 1160-1200,which is the province with the largest distribution of Fran?ois? langurs in the world. Therefore, the study of Fran?ois? langur nature reserve in Guizhou Province will be of great significance to the protection and development of Fran?ois? langurs in China and even in the world.Based on the investigation of the distribution point and the population of the Fran?ois? langurs in the existing four Fran?ois? langurs nature reserve in Guizhou Province, the characteristics of the distribution of the Fran?ois? langurs were studied, and the suitable habitat area of the Fran?ois? langurs was calculated. In comparison with the suitable habitat of the four natural reserves in 2000,the problems existing in the construction and development of the protected areas are explored. The aim of this study is to provide the reference for future planning and construction of the nature reserve, and to better protect Fran?ois? langurs.1 The number of the population of the Fran?ois? langursThe population of Fran?ois? langurs in Yezhong Nature Reserve increased from 73 in 8 groups to 119 in 16 groups,an increase of 46;and the population of the Fran?ois? langurs in the Dashahe National Nature Reserve decreased from 130 to 107 in the 17 groups,an decrease of 23;the population of the population of the Fran?ois? langurs in the Mayanghe National Nature Reserve increased from 395 in 38 groups to 511 in 58 groups,an increase of 116;the population of the Fran?ois? langurs in the Kuankuoshui Nature Reserve increased from 140 in 20 groups to 183 in the 22 groups and an increase of 43.2 Relationship between habitat quality and environmental factors of Fran?ois? langurs in Guizhou ProvinceAfter 5 repeats, the average value of AUC is 0.721,which indicates that the prediction accuracy of the model is good. The contribution rate of environmental factors to the habitat of Fran?ois? langurs was altitude, slope, shrub, river and broad-leaf forest, and the other environmental factors had little effect on the habitat. The top five replacement values are altitude,broad-leaf forest, slope, river and shrub.3 Jackknife test resultsWhen only a single variable was used, the first five order of regular training gain variables were altitude, slope, river, shrub and broad-leaf forest, which indicated that these five variables had more effects on the habitat of Fran?ois? langurs. When other variables except this variable are used, the five variables with the largest decrease in regular training gain are sorted as altitude, slope, river, shrub and broad-leaf forest, indicating that these five variables have more characteristics that other variables do not have.4 Habitat suitability index of Fran?ois? langurs nature reserve in Guizhou ProvinceTo sum up,the high quality habitat of Fran?ois? langurs in Guizhou Province is mainly distributed along both sides of the river, the main reason is that the vegetation on both sides of the river is relatively well preserved, which provides rich food resources for Fran?ois? langurs. The steep terrain on both sides of the strait, which is difficult for human beings to reach, provides a relatively safe environment for the Fran?ois? langurs;the cave on both sides of the river is more distributed, which provides the sleeping place for the Fran?ois? langurs;it is close to the water source and provides a good microhabitat for the Fran?ois? langurs.5 Suitable habitat area of Fran?ois? langurs nature reserve in Guizhou provinceThe suitable habitat area of Yezhong Fran?ois? langurs Nature Reserve in 2000 is 517.68hm2,accounting for 19.3% of the total area of the nature reserve, the suitable habitat area in 2016 is 875.26hm2,accounting for 32.7%;the suitable habitat area of the Dashahe National Nature Reserve in 2000 is 2379.45hm2,accounting for the total area of the nature reserve is 8.8%;the suitable habitat area in 2016 is 2920.90hm2,accounting for 10.8%,the suitable habitat area in the 2000 year of the Mayanghe National Nature Reserve is 16441.73hm2,accounting for 52.8% of the total area of the nature reserve, and the suitable habitat area in 2016 is 16398.68hm2,accounting for 52.7%;The suitable habitat area of the Kuankuoshui Nature Reserve in 2000 is 5868.77 hm2,accounting for 22.4% of the total area of the nature reserve, the suitable habitat area in 2016 is 7709.64hm2,accounting for 22.4%.
