| Carbon Fiber Reinforced Resin Composites(CFRP)structure adhesive technology has been widely used in the field of aviation.Surface prearation treatment is one of the effective ways to improve intensity and performance of composite bonded assembly.Traditional surface pretreatment wreak havoc assembly surface and inefficiency.It would be more efficiently and exactly to irradiate the surface with pulse laser,which is suitable for the adhesive technology.In this paper,experimental,theoretical,simulated and influence of laser parameter on bonding properties effects studied on the problem that composite material adhesive surface pretreatment technology with pulse laser are performed.First,the physical of IR/UV laser irradiated CFRP and the pyrolysis process of resin are studied on this paper.The effect of laser process parameters on the microstructure and physical characteristics of the CFRP after laser cleaning was analyzed.Technological parameter which suitable for bonding,is that,the first group IR laser scanning speed 9000mm/s,laser power 25.9W,impulse frequency 50 kHz,and the secondset UV laser scanning speed 500mm/s,laser power 13.6W,impulse frequency 30 kHz,and the third group UV laser scanning speed 300mm/s,laser power 13.6W,impulse frequency 30 kHz.Also,the three-dimensional temperature field model was established to simulate two surface cleaning process,the point buring and the line scanning,which used on resins and carbon fibers.On the basis of vaporization temperature properties to functional components,figure out the threshold temperature of CFRP laser cleaning.The simulate result is compared and analyzed with the surface microstructure of CFRP,and the temperature field is consistent with experiment.Finally,CFRP was experimented with bonded and mechanics performance testing,in order to study the influence of laser parameter on bonding properties effects.These findings that failure mode of bonded joint,completely removed with IR and UV,is main terfacial failure,but partial cleaning with UV is main cohesive failure.According to the joint strength,the optimum technology parameter is that UV laser scanning speed 300mm/s,laser power 13.6W,impulse frequency 30 kHz.Presenting the characteristics of carbon fiber resin matrix composites,in this paper,experimental,theoretical,simulated and influence of laser parameter on bonding properties effects studied on the problem that composite material adhesive surface pretreatment technology with pulse laser are performed.The research provides a new pathway for bonding pretreatment. |
