| During nanosecond pulsed laser cleaning of 2024 aluminum alloy surface single paint layer and composite paint layer,the laser parameters and paint layer parameters will affect the effect of laser cleaning.Therefore,the influence of each parameter should be fully considered during the study of nanosecond pulsed laser cleaning of 2024 aluminum alloy surface single paint layer and composite paint layer.The properties of single and composite coatings on 2024 aluminum alloy surface cleaned by nanosecond pulsed laser were studied theoretically and experimentally.In terms of theoretical research,based on the adhesion theory between the coating and the substrate and the thermal vibration effect during nanosecond pulsed laser cleaning process,the theoretical model of nanosecond pulsed laser cleaning of 2024 aluminum alloy surface was established,and the relationship between the laser parameters and the changes of stress and target temperature during laser cleaning under different conditions of the coating layer was studied.In the aspect of simulation research,based on the theoretical model,the simulation model of single paint layer and composite paint layer on aluminum alloy surface was established,and the simulation research of single paint layer and composite paint layer on aluminum alloy surface was carried out.The changes of laser energy density and scanning velocity on temperature field and stress field were obtained under different coating conditions.In the experimental research,the single and composite coatings on aluminum alloy surface were cleaned by nanosecond pulsed laser.The surface temperature and surface morphology of different coatings varied with laser conditions and the ideal cleaning threshold were obtained.Based on the theoretical and experimental results,it is concluded that the laser energy required for the cleaning threshold of composite coatings is lower than that of single coatings,which provides an important theoretical basis for the laser conditions required for efficient laser cleaning of different coatings. |
