Spectrum is composed of a series of spectral lines with unique characteristics of elements.In many fields,such as industry,agriculture,medicine and so on,spectral characteristic lines are used for element analysis and detection.With the rapid development of society,the requirement for the speed of spectral detection is increasing.A high-speed spectral data collection system based on ARM is designed in this paper.This system is used in spectral analysis and plays the role of spectral acquisition,spectral data processing and transmission.The high-speed spectral data acquisition system described in this paper includes the acquisition of spectral signals,the conversion and storage of spectral signals,and the transmission of spectral data.STM32F407 microcontroller with ARM kernel is the main controller of the data acquisition system.The main controller generates driving pulse to drive linear CCD to work.The detected optical signal is collected by linear CCD sensing unit after optical processing.After the voltage signal is regulated by the amplification processing circuit,it is converted into the Analog to Digital Converter of the main controller.The Analog to Digital Converter built into the main control has 12-bit accuracy and multiple conversion channels.The conversion time and conversion accuracy of the channel can be set separately to realize the Analog to Digital Converter of the voltage signal.The converted data is stored in the data direct memory.When the upper computer reads,the data is read quickly from the data direct memory,and the data is transmitted in parallel through the serial card.The system realizes the adjustment of optical integration time within the range of 10us~10Ms,the increase of sampling frequency from 75 KHz to 500 KHz,and the parallel transmission of 0.9MHz multi-channel data.
