With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the modern society is undergoing a global revolution in science and technology,and science and technology influenced on the future and destiny of mankind profoundly.At present,the academic circles have been concerned about the science and technology,and the domestic and foreign scholars research on the social role of science and technology and the development direction and so on.Technology criticism is the core of the Frankfurt School of the social critical theory.Based on criticizing and inheriting theory of alienation of science and technology Frankfurt school scholars senior scholars-Hawke Heimo,Adorno and Marcuse's instrumental rationality,based on science,technology,production integration of the background,in the framework of Rationality,Habermas proposed: “science and technology has been the first productive forces” in the late capitalist society,and has become the foundation of the late capitalist society legitimacy.Habermas also inspected the new changes in the social life and the public domain of science and technology.He proposed that the technology should be incorporated into the degree of democratic dialogue,which provides a possible way for the progress of science and technology and the harmonious development of people's life.Based on historical materialism,"science and technology alienation" to "scientific and technological progress" perspective,the combination of domestic and foreign research results,this paper researched Habermas' s scientific and technological view.Now our country is in the critical period of social modernization construction,we should make the scientific and technological development in a healthy direction,to achieve a sustainable development.
