The smart grid can be regarded as an automated power transmission network which monitors and controls every user and grid node,allowing both plant and end-user information to flow in both directions.With the development of the concept of smart grid,the optimal allocation of resources,economic operation efficiency and security and intelligence have large space for improvement.In traditional grids,in order to ensure the usage of electricity by all users in the grid,grid companies usually have to ensure that their generating capacity exceeds the users' electricity consumption at the time of peak electricity,or the electricity plants need sufficient storage equipment to provide extra electricity to satisfy users' demands.However,these two methods will pay extra economic costs due to unreasonable utilization of resources,and resulting in loss of profits.Therefore,it's very practical and economical to optimize the electricity consumption of the smart grid to reduce the electricity consumption of users during the peak period of power consumption,and increasing the resource efficiency.Currently,there are some designs in the field of smart grid that utilize social networks for power optimization.Social networks,as a subset of complex networks,play a crucial role in the study of interpersonal relationships,user group behavior analysis and user behavior prediction.However,the current network model is difficult to adapt to the study of smart grid,so this paper tries to optimize the smart grid peak power based on the study of complex network model.At the same time,some researchers hope to study the optimization of electricity consumption through game theory.These studies have yielded some results,but they neglected facts such as the user's willingness to participate.Therefore,these methods need improvement.Therefore,this paper also uses game theory to study the optimization of electricity consumption.The main work of this paper includes:Firstly,in order to model the electricity consumption of smart grid better,this paper presents a network evolution model based on drivable interest vectors.The connection between nodes is driven by the similarity degree of each point of interest vector.And as time goes by,the advancing nodes' interest may make random changes following certain of rules.Through the performance of interest vector,the network will show some aggregation,leading to the formation of the community,and provide a better explanation of the social formation and network attributes in the mean while.Secondly,this paper takes advantage of the proposed network evolution model,as the theory foundation for the study of smart grid electricity optimization technology,and studies the optimization of smart grid electricity consumption design.The research will combine social network and demand response mechanism,and use the knowledge of game theory to study the optimization of electricity consumption in smarts grids.Thirdly,based on the proposed smart grid electricity optimization method,this paper simulates the optimization strategy of smart grid.Several parameters are used to verify that the proposed network model based on the drivable interest vector generates a network that is more similar to a complex network in real life.After the numerical simulation verified the theoretical analysis of the model,the model can significantly reduce the load of the peak power of the grid.The characteristics of social networks,game theory and so on can also play key roles in reducing the peak of the smart grid in varying degrees and can be combined to optimize the effect.The main contribution of this paper is optimizing the study of electricity consumption to reduce the peak power of the smart grid based on social networks,game theory and other knowledges.We achieve the goal and significantly reduce the value of peak power in electricity consumption.We don't have to increase electricity generation capacity or buy the storage of electricity equipment so that we reduce costs and achieve higher economic benefits.The economic benefits arising from the smart grid electricity generation can make the driving force for the popularization of the smart grid more powerful and enable the society to truly feel the advantages and convenience brought by the smart grid.
