In the current consumer economy,meeting customer needs has increasingly become the focus of enterprise competition,and providing "customized" services has gradually become the trend of future product market competition.Therefore,information service enterprises provide customized information service solutions to meet customer requirements.However,different customers have different requirements on the technical level of information service solutions,and the different technical level means that the information service capability of the solutions needs to be adjusted,which will easily lead to the situation that the existing information service capacity of the enterprise cannot meet the needs of customers.In order to achieve the customized needs of customers,improve the market competitiveness of information service enterprises,and realize the complementary advantages of information resources in the cooperation of information service enterprises.This paper analyzes the characteristic resources in information service enterprise cooperation deal,to meet customer demand for customized information service solution for the optimal goal,take the customer demand for information services and information service enterprise has its own information service capacity constraints for the model of constraint condition,to establish parameterized model of the resources in the information service enterprise cooperation.On this basis,the inverse optimization model of information service capability is established based on the inverse optimization method.By adjusting the parameters of information service capability,the adjusted information service solutions becomes the optimal solution to meet the needs of customers and realize the optimization of information resource allocation.Method based on inverse optimization inverse information cost optimization model is established,based on the information cost to adjust parameters,making the information service enterprises to meet the demand of customers,under the condition of considering the resource shadow price and market value,the relationship between the trading information services,at the appropriate time to control information service enterprises in providing customized solutions of information cost variations.The inverse optimization model established in this paper is verified by a concrete example,which proves the feasibility of the decision model.Information service enterprises can cooperate with other enterprises to meet the customized needs of customers.By renting out their surplus information service capabilities and renting in the information service capabilities they lack,they can meet the needs of customers and maximize their own benefits at the same time.The application of this decision-making model can timely and effectively make a judgment on the ability of information service enterprises to choose renting into information service,provide effective suggestions for information service enterprises to timely meet the customized service solutions of customers,and realize the connection with the customized needs of customers.The research in this paper extends the theory of inverse optimization to the application field of information resource allocation,enriches the research methods of cooperative transaction of information service enterprises,and provides new ideas for information service enterprises to provide customized information service solutions,which can fundamentally improve the ability of information service enterprises to face the fluctuation of market demand and gain the dominant position of market competition.
