The seismic performance study of buried pipelines across faults is of great significance for the construction of oil pipelines, and provides a scientific basis for seismic design and calibration. The various forms of seismic faults are one of the main cause about earthquake damage of buried pipelines.Existing theoretical methods are based on too many assumptions, and the test method is greatly affected by the site and equipment. It's analysis model built by finite element software can simulate the deformation reaction of the pipe accurately under various working conditions.Considering material, geometric and state nonlinearity, the shell model of buried pipelines is established by using ADINA.By changing the parameters of the model, the effects of different influencing factors on the axial strain, the axial stress and the maximum axial strain of the pipe are explored. It draws the following conclusions: the top of the pipe, near the fault section of a hanging wall,is most susceptible to be broken under normal fault; The intersection angle, pipe thickness, and pipe diameter are negatively correlated with the maximum axial strain of the pipelines; And internal pressure can improve the pressure resistance of pipe; The most obvious factors are the amount of displacement and the angle of intersection for the axial stress;Increasing the pipe thickness will reduce the axial compressive stress, and increasing the pipe diameter will reduce the axial tensile stress as well.Based on the results of the finite element model, the prediction model of the maximum axial strain of the pipeline under the normal fault is established by the method of multiple linear regression using Python software. The RMSE reaches 0.0028 and0.00082 compared to the finite element results of this paper. Finally, combined with relevant research results and specifications, seismic techniques of pipelines are summarized, about seismic measures, construction and so on.Figure 37;Table 4;Reference 48...
