The question of coupled vibration of fluid-conveying pipes is hotspot in the research areas of pipeline Fluid Mechanics and Nonlinear Dynamics for late fifty years. Because of the complexity, the research is focused on numerical process but the existing process methods apply too much simplification so the coupling cannot be reflected truthfully.Based on Petrov-Galerkin Upwind FEM (Finite Element Method) Format, the paper made some research on ALE method. When calculation, Newton-Raphson Iteration was applied to solve the set of nonlinear Navier-Stokes equations in the flow area. According to two conditions, shearing deform and compress deform, the paper put forward the method of sectional numerical plug and reconstruction of mesh motion. This method is simple to design and program and have good efficiency of calculation. The paper also made some preliminary research on the application of ALE FEM in the calculation of turbulent flow, Which showed that the method of ALE can be conveniently applied to the calculation of turbulent flow. Finally, Applying OOP(Oriented-Object Programing), I made the corresponding program in the compilation environment of C++Builder. The simulation results of examples showed that this method had very good efficiency and precision.
