The study on the mechanical response of buried pipeline in liquefied soil is the important index of pipeline deformation and failure. It is the basis of analyzing the buried pipeline failure mechanism and prevention of accident. The liquefaction condition of the site is complicated and the analysis is difficult. The current research is not comprehensive. So it is urgent to establish a reasonable theoretical method to judge the pipeline deformation. This paper combines the finite element analysis software to establish a reasonable liquefaction field pipeline analysis model, analyzes the impact of different factors on the pipeline, combines with data analysis software to establish a reasonable empirical formula.Based on the finite element analytical software ADINA,an analytic model of pipe soil for the mechanical response of buried pipeline is established, axial strain and the maximum axial strain of pipeline along the horizontal direction of the liquefaction zone by changing the model parameters. The effects of liquefaction site characteristics, pipe characteristics, construction and operating conditions on the mechanical responses of the buried infusion pipelines were simulated. The function of the relationship between factors and pipeline axial strain were determined by nonlinear curve fitting. The simplified calculation formula of strain was derived by the dimensionless correction. Finally, analysis of the usability and rationality of the simplified calculation formula by multiple examples was accomplished.
