Due to the accelerating exploitation of marine resources,domestic and foreign investment in marine engineering equipment has increased.The severest impact of offshore equipment when working at sea is from the heave movement caused by sea waves.This unstable motion disturbance will have a serious impact on the operation of offshore equipment.In order to improve the impact of the heave movement caused by severe sea conditions,ship lifting,deep sea mining,offshore drilling,underwater towing and many other areas have begun to use heave compensation technology to compensate for offshore equipment.This article introduces the overall scheme of the heave compensation system prototype.The experimental prototype simulates the heave motion on marine vessel through the servo electric cylinder.This article calculates and selects the electric cylinder according to the design requirements,and completes the wiring and setting work of the servo actuator depending to the required functions to realize the control of heave motion.Through testing and experiment,the experimental platform accomplish the performance of heave motion effectively and accurately.The compensation for the motion load is achieved by the hydraulic system,which can enter different modes through the action of different valves.This article completes the selection of parameter and calculation about each hydraulic component in the compensation system.Electromagnetic proportional reversing valve is the core component of the compensation movement.The proportional amplifier can realize the control of the proportional valve.Through debugging and experiment,the relevant characteristic curves of proportional amplifier and proportional valve are obtained,and the normal operation of the hydraulic system is completed.The control of the experimental prototype on software and hardware is realized: the whole control plan of the system is designed,and the hardware wiring and software programming are completed.Among them,the lower computer,Programmable Logic Controller(PLC),is used to realize the control of each component.The upper computer uses Qt to write the human-computer interaction interface to realize the control of the PLC.The reasonable communication between the two is used to realize the signal transmission and data processing.Based on the existing mathematical model,the MATLAB simulation analysis of the whole system is carried out to explore the influence factors of the system action.Finally,the overall experiment was carried out in order to verify the results of simulation analysis,which confirmed part of simulation result.At the same time,the overall experiment confirmed the rationality of the functional realization about the system and each component.
