Seismic exploration methods have the advantages of high precision and large depth of exploration.However,traditional seismic exploration generally uses drop hammers and explosives as the seismic source.The drop hammer energy is small and the exploration depth is small.Single-point record collection often requires multiple stacking,and exploration efficiency is low.The use of explosives as a source of shock requires drilling in advance to place explosives.Explosives detonate underground,causing damage to the natural environment.Explosives are dangerous goods,causing inconvenience to exploration.In recent years,vibroseis has gradually been introduced into the country,and foreign countries have imposed technical blockades on our country,resulting in expensive imported sources and increased exploration costs.And the size of the imported source is huge and transportation is inconvenient.In order to break the foreign technology blockade,China began to independently research and develop new types of vibroseis sources,and to meet the excitation energy while reducing weight and size to facilitate transportation and use.This article combines the research status at home and abroad to design a self-propelled electro-hydraulic servo vibroseis system.The main body of the source consists of four parts,the source controller,the gasoline engine hydraulic pump station,the servo valve control system,and the excitation system.This paper mainly designs the source mechanical structure,hydraulic servo system and source vibration excitation unit.The hydraulic pump station provides power for excitation and walking of the source.The source response uses the gravity of the source car to provide pressure through the arm press.The source controller outputs control commands to the source electro-hydraulic servo system to adjust the source output amplitude,frequency,and sweep type.The self-propelled electro-hydraulic servo vibroseis system is designed to have a peak output power of 10 kN.The crawler type travelmechanism has a good field topography applicability and uses hydraulic pressure as a drive mode to provide a large output force guarantee.Field experiments show that the vibroseis has flexible self-propelled and off-road capability,stable source sweep signal,high output power,high signal-to-noise ratio,and large exploration depth,which can meet the mid-shallow seismic exploration and has a good application prospect.
