Offshore equipment re-installation towing system is widely used in sonar towing,ocean exploration and other fields.The relevant test cycle of offshore towing system has long cycle,high risk and high cost.Affected by sea conditions,offshore test is not conducive to long-term and repeated verification;and Compared with the offshore test,the onshore laboratory tests the towing system through the load simulation loading system,which has the advantages of controllable risk,good repeatability,and low cost.This paper uses a combination of theoretical analysis,software simulation,and experimental research.Based on the data and criteria of previous sea trials,this paper explores the vibration characteristics and load characteristics of the towing system,and proposes an overall solution for the onshore towing load simulation system: The axial pressure load of the flow valve overflow pressure is changed to simulate the axial load;the radial load simulation system adopts the closed pump control motor-flywheel-crank slider to excite the vibration,which can adjust the frequency and amplitude of the excitation.The load simulation system researched and designed can not only load the towing system with simulated load,but also be used for the durability test of reinstalled streamer,predict the service life of the streamer,and replace the streamer in time to avoid the streamer during the ocean test.Signal transmission is interrupted due to damage or towed body is lost.In particular,for the radial load simulation system,the mechanical actuator and hydraulic drive system of the excitation system were designed,and the system characteristics of the radial load simulation system and the feasibility of the simulated load loading scheme were analyzed through joint simulation of AMESim and ADAMS.Finally,design experiments verify the feasibility of using the feedforward + PID control algorithm to use the self-made three-way pressure reducing valve as the pilot pressure control unit of the variable pump.
